H3W – HJ sector.

Well, Happy New Year.

New Year Resolutions: Obtain Halo-related goodies coming out this year, especially the Mythic Map Pack.

I have so many story ideas that require the maps I’ve seen, and quite possibly the rest of the maps in the pack, from what I heard about them.

I’ve yet to come up with an official title of the whole storyline other than something as technical and “lame” as the JKBverse.

… Oh yeah, obtain list of movies, which I’ve yet to list off.

Also, obtain soundtracks for the movies Dark City and Wall-E. Two of my all-time favorite movies.

Lastly, become writer of doom like Jakob (from Jakyas Studios)

Optional resolution: obtain help by official machinima-makers to see if it’s possible to create machinima based on the comics, thus combining two big things in the Halo community together in one big harmony.

The reason I say “optional” is because I’m a little skeptic out of the fact that most Comic-to-movie adaptations in the REAL world have sucked terribly in at least one way.

So yeah, December’s over, and the DEAD Comic will continue on one page per day. Hopefully by the end, I’ll have the next comic up.

Speaking of which, I have a cemented title: “Drawl Origins”

Once I get the Mythic Maps, I’ll get on the next comic. Title: “The Jakobdians”

It’ll continue on for the whole series of stories I have stitched together to make the main chain of events throughout the JKBverse.

Once I’m done that, I’ll thread in-between events and create new ones. Photoshop CS4 is a powerful tool, and comics are a ton of fun to make.

Oh, here’s a teaser: Drawl Origins will feature hand-drawn characters integrated into the Halo 3 scenery.
