DEAD [Comic] (as well as just about anything Halo-related put here, including comics especially) was created under Microsoft’s “Game Content Usage Rules” using assets from HALO 3, © Microsoft Corporation. All material is copyrighted unless otherwise indicated. Please refer to the copyright page in the page header bar for reference. Infringement on this is legally binding and offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

On another note, all of the Forge sets in this comic and future comics have been made by me, so sorry [to the Halo Forgers]. I can’t give credit to anyone of the Halo community. I just like Forging. If there are exceptions, I’ll certainly point them out.

Everything here was stitched together as it is using Adobe Photoshop CS4 (Except for DEAD, which was made in Photoshop 6.0)

Also, there is going to be no money involved in this unless it’s either donations to keep the websites of Halo 3 Webcomics up, or if I make Cafepress T-shirts or other stuff in Cafepress or something like that… The latter of which, I will design myself without any inspiration or “stolen” art.

All in all, anyone trying to make money out of legal-related crap should be buried in a pile of sand with an oxygen tank and a spoon, and when he gets out, he’ll get shot by a pea-shooter that shoots peas until his mind explodes out of annoyance. I would do that myself, but I only have the spoon and the sand required to bury said person trying to do stupid things. I lack the oxygen tank, pea shooter, and peas.

If there’s anything else I forgot to mention… well… I’ll probably figure it out and put it up. I personally am never one to write copyright-related stuff very seriously.

Anyway, enjoy the comic. I did it on my free time, and I hope to keep at it for no money at all (just the way I like it)!
